Pervez and his team covered 6 events across 5 days for our Indian wedding in South Carolina. To say that they wildly exceeded our dreams just might be an understatement. Throughout the week, they were amazing to work with. Extremely professional, conscious of their craft, and always looking to make us as comfortable as possible. They were on time 100% of the time while making sure to get the shots they needed for incredible photos and video. They were excellent at giving us and our families direction for the pictures, which was helpful for us as we aren’t camera naturals. All our guests raved about the same day edit they showed at our reception, which looked like a professional film made in just a few hours. Pervez, Kani, Derek, and Chris were fantastic. If you’re lucky enough to be able to book them, do it!!! Our family is so over the moon about the pictures and videos they captured. Memories to last multiple lifetimes and totally worth the investment!

Pervez did an AMAZING job with all aspects of our wedding photography from our initial sit down meeting to the last moments captured on the dance floor! He is incredibly talented & knowledgeable about the best lightening for each element of your venue. We had an outdoor evening ceremony in a vineyard followed by cocktail hour in a barn followed by an outdoor tent reception- so having someone so skilled in lighting & angles was key! He was also extremely professional while still being approachable, warm & funny. He blended right in with our guests. When we got back our amazing wedding photos- there were great ones... where I did not even notice that he was there capturing the moments! We would HIGHLY recommend Pervez to anyone in need of a wedding photographer- or any event for that matter!

It’s one thing to love your own vendor but to have so many of our guests rave about his team, professionalism, talent and personality is just another validation in our decision to go with Pervez. From the beginning, he takes such an interest and puts in effort to get to know you personally, what kind of vision you have, what is important to you, and executes the photography and videography with excellence. Honestly, for as emotional as a wedding can be, i spent most of the weekend smiling through it without crying too much. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Pervez and his team are. We absolutely loved working with Pervez, Frank, Chris and Parth to shoot our 4 day wedding weekend, and every single day was a fun filled and incredible experience. They have a level of expertise that is unmatched: they tell you exactly how to pose so you get the most beautiful pictures. After seeing the results from our engagement shoot I had complete trust that whatever they told us to do, there was a very good reason. We had the pleasure of doing our pre-wedding shoot in Jaipur with PTaufiq’s India team; Avinash, Shubam, and Kamlesh. They were absolutely AMAZING!! We easily saw how much passion they have for their craft! We usually don’t like taking pictures and suck at posing, but the team was sooo helpful at coaching us and making us feel comfortable by the end we felt like models. They did everything to make sure they got the perfect shot. They even got us chai for a super cute photo opp of us on the streets talking and drinking chai. Additionally they handled all the logistics of picking locations, timing, and payment for each site making the day seamless for us. 1000/10 recommend booking them!!!

I just got married in Los Cabos, Mexico and I am in absolutely awe of how their Mexico team captured our 2 day Hindu wedding celebrations. My husband Alman and I are so happy to share our experience of working with PTaufiq Photography as one of our easiest choices for a wedding vendor as we may be the pickiest people on the planet when it comes to music, art, direction, photography, etc. We are both from strong artistic families, and my husband is a musician/artist himself. I cannot begin to express how amazing this team is. We worked with the Mexico team for our destination wedding, and they are true example of professionalism and being the experts in their craft. Jose Casablanca, Antonio Bravo, Julio Razo, and the rest of the team were absolutely incredible. They were timely, they had such visionary ideas, and most importantly they made me and my husband feel so comfortable in front of the camera. They posed us but also captured the candid shots that really brought our wedding to life. Within 48-72 hours of the wedding, we received a highlight of photos from the events, and we were BLOWN away. Pervez and his team were AWESOME. From the moment we met Pervez, my wife and I knew he was going to be our wedding photographer. In the months leading up to the wedding, we chatted quite a bit and he was very accommodating to our busy schedules. He was very honest with us and had great ideas for the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Pervez, Nicole, and the whole team were nothing short of AMAZING. Even though we were running behind on schedule, he helped keep us calm and collected. I may not have been the most accommodating when it came to time on the wedding day, but Pervez utilized whatever time he had to take some of the most gorgeous shots I've ever seen. His team was great to work with as well. They were helping everywhere from grabbing water for my wife and I, to helping other guests during cocktail hour, directing foot traffic, etc. His team went above and beyond to help us on our wedding day. Our bridal and groom's parties enjoyed working with Pervez and his team as well. Throughout the day, Nicole also helped Stephanie and I with our garments and poses. She was awesome to work with and had some pretty awesome poses for the different shots. Everyone from both sides of the family were in awe of the whole team. I almost don't even know where to begin with these guys! If you don't feel like reading the novel I've written below the TL;DR is: book this team. Book them now! Before they get too busy and you miss out!!! --- From the moment our wedding planner shared Pervez's Instagram, we knew we had to meet them. His team's work absolutely stands out in the crowded field of wedding photography. So we scheduled a meeting, and we then had the pleasure of actually meeting Pervez. Funny. Personable. Easy to chat with. And, crucially, calm and collected when it came to dealing with my high anxiety, high-strung parents. Not only that, I knew that with Pervez I wouldn't just be getting a talented photographer, I would also be getting a qualified and capable producer and director (both my husband and I work in media, so we know!). Without us asking, Pervez mapped out how he would capture the wedding shots we hadn't even known we'd want, because he is, essentially, a director leading a high-value production. We knew there would be no questioning glances shot at the bride as photographers scramble to capture the moment the mangalsutra is tied on, no sacred, momentous, or fun moments missed because the team was leaderless. We were convinced Pervez and his team had to shoot our wedding and we booked them without reservation. For the next nine excruciating months as we planned our wedding Pervez held our hands. When we called him to go over wedding details, he first wanted to know how we were coping with the nuptial slog. He took the time to build trust and friendship. And then, during one of those calls, he asked if we had even been to Iceland? I am not a person who is used to being in front of the camera so the idea of going all the way to ICELAND for our pre-wedding shoot seemed downright unfathomable. But then Pervez shared pictures he had shot of another couple in Iceland. And THEN he told us he knew all the best spots because had lived there himself! We were sold all over again. It was an insane experience, but the photos and video he and Jason captured are, I have been told by complete strangers, worthy of the Iceland Tourism Board. And Pervez once again held our hands the whole way, right down to making sure we had hot ramen waiting for us at our hotel on our final night there. At the wedding Pervez, Nicole, Jason, and the whole team pulled off the impossible. I wanted golden hour pictures in the mountains, and if that meant using his sway to book a Jeep and a guide to get us into the mountains because the gondolas were down for the season, then Pervez did it. I thought those would be my favorite pictures from the weekend but no, they were actually the pre-ceremony pictures Pervez insisted we take and which I had, initially, been willing to forego. During the reception we played a short video from the Iceland shoot, and multiple people have asked me for a link because it was, in their words, the best trailer for a romantic action film they had ever seen. Even my dad was impressed. And he likes nothing. What you get with PTaufiq Photography isn't just a group of qualified, talented photographers. Anyone can take pictures of a wedding. What you also get is a team absolutely dedicated to making you happy. I couldn't be happier with the final product, and I recommend Pervez and his team wholeheartedly.

I can’t say enough about Pervez- Amazing photographer and great man. Pervez photographed me and my husband’s July 2016 wedding and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was a joy to have around- at times I wanted him to put his camera down and be part of it all- I’m not sure many people can say that- but Pervez got the job done and I never EVER imagined I would be so in love with my wedding photos. (My husband, who I adore but doesn’t have strong feelings about anything, was mad upon finding out I hadn’t reviewed Pervez yet because of how much he liked him and how grateful he was for having Pervez there on our special day- no one could’ve done a better job at photographing our wedding.) I knew I was supposed to feel our wedding photography was a top priority in the wedding planning process but I didn’t. My husband and I don’t like photos, we don’t feel like we photograph naturally and without Pervez we wouldn’t have. I searched for a photographer for weeks (I know- doesn’t sound that intense but we planned the wedding in under two months). I talked to a ton, and to be honest I didn’t feel a connection and I found many of them really pushy, but then I found Pervez. I liked his style and he didn’t hound me, but more importantly I found him to be very warm, a familiar soul that I was comfortable with. Pervez got it- we wanted beautiful photos but we didn’t want to feel pestered. It was like having a friend photographer us, someone who got us and what our relationship was all about. There isn’t ONE photo I don’t like. Even at our most intoxicated that night- Pervez managed to make me look beautiful. COVID 19 Wedding: Pervez and his team was the best decision to add to our small backyard covid 19 wedding. Not only they did such an amazing job, but they treated us as a family/friend and comforted us throughout our virtual wedding without family around. They went above and beyond to help us coordinate and get us access to some electronics/gadgets from other vendors complimentary to make our day smooth. My husband, Ted, and I first met Pervez at the historic Paramount Theatre in Boston for our engagement shoot. Throughout the next 2 hours, Ted and I were amazed by the unedited shots we were privy to. Pervez has an exceptional ability to use natural light to his advantage when capturing shots and movement. We always think of Photographers and videographers as capturing the memories so we can look back on our wedding in the future, But PTAUFIQ made my wedding MAGIC in the PRESENT! Because of COVID I could only invite a tenth of my original Big Fat Indian Wedding guest list. Pervez offered to do the whole thing on ZOOM and because of his AMAZING QUALITY, CRISPNESS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL, all of our guests told us they felt they were with us on our big day, and nothing could be more important to us. Needless to say, Pervez's teams photos and videos are just Jaw dropping. They captured love, energy, fun and family in every shot. They are in the business of weddings so not only did they take pictures, but they guided us on when to do lost of wedding-y things we wouldn't have know otherwise: they are super knowledgeable about different cultural nuances - both Christian and Muslim, and Indian and American traditions. When i was looking for a wedding photographer, naturally i started with the Knot. As i was perusing portfolios, i stumbled upon a photo of our friends (whose wedding we had attended), on the PTaufiq Photography page. I dove into the profile and was quickly impressed by the incredible photos i saw — but nothing could compare to actually meeting the PTaufiq team. Pervez and Nicole (owners) had us in for a test photo shoot - we were so impressed by their creativity, attention to detail and overall skill. We quickly hired them — one of the best decisions of the wedding. The photos they take are not cookie-cutter. They go above and beyond - and push you - to get the crazy beautiful shot that you will have hanging on your mantel (or in your bedroom). Beyond that, they are so personable and warm that you feel like you’re with friends. They make the experience comfortable and enjoyable! (I felt like a princess and model the whole time!). It was a pleasure working with PTaufiq Photography to capture moments from our wedding as well as other events surrounding the same. We were planning a week long South Indian wedding in under 6 weeks and were looking for a team that would be flexible with the schedule while matching our needs. Pervez and I chatted for almost 30 minutes just to get know each other and turned out we had very similar backgrounds. I told him how long of coverage I was looking for and was willing to work with me if we went over that time. He mentioned that he would come up with a 5 min video of the wedding and a 30 min video, along with providing us with all the raw footage. He was willing to give us a live stream of the wedding which helped with all friends and family members who were not able to attend our wedding. Anytime I called he was willing to pick up the phone and chat. Engagement Shoot: We decided we wanted to do two photo shoots in Boston and Pervez on photography and Richard on video. Pervez really connected with us as a couple and took amazing shots while we did an Indian outfit and a western outfit. He was always open to any poses and he had some really cool poses himself. He is really talented at making sure the camera angle has perfect symmetry with us and the background. Richard had some really cool video shots he took of us almost like a 180 degree video of us as a couple walking and talking. Haldi: We had Pervez on photo, Kaelib photo and video, Joe on video and We ended up going way over on time and I didn’t even hear a peep out of Pervez and his team. They were excited and wanted to capture those precious moments. He brought his drone that day to capture some amazing shots of us together for our video. Wedding: Pervez and his team showed up right on time an hour and half before everything was about to start. He got video interviews with my wife and I and we can’t wait to see what we each said about each other. They got some video and photo shoots of both of us getting ready. We didn’t necessarily follow our agenda and his team was able to adapt flawlessly. They worked the entire 6 hours of the wedding and I didn’t hear a single compliant from them. Reception: Nicole showed up an hour before the cocktail hour and took some amazing shots of my wife and I. Joe and Kaelib blended into the crowd to capture those candid video shots of the crowd and all the events that unfolded that evening. They were able to use the drone to capture our special performances that night along with capturing the family interviews of us as a couple. Dele worked really hard throughout the night capturing those photos of family/friends’ shots with bride and groom while dancing was going on. Nicole was super sweet making sure we got away from the crowd and got a chance to enjoy the food. She also made sure we got some time in the photobooth and got some time to enjoy the event with our friends and family on the dance floor. Post Events shoot: The day of the events his team was able to take amazing shots of the entire events while blending into the crowd. She finished editing over 800 shots from the events about 2 week and provided us the ability to view them online. Both my wife and I watched our 30 second teaser and ended it with tears. The team was able to capture and present all the highlights from each event and end with an amazing 360 video of our first dance together. If the trailer came out this amazing we can’t wait to see what the final videos will look like. Hire PTaufiq Photography !

For those who are looking for photographers for their big day, I suggest you look no further. PTaufiq Photography is a team of professionals and their work is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. My wife and I met with Pervez for the first time to discuss coverage for our two special occasions, pre-wedding event (Jaggo) and our reception. At our first meeting, we knew he was the right fit for us, knowing the fact It was a traditional Indian Punjabi wedding. Pervez took the time and went over his previous work that he has captured specially Indian Weddings. After reviewing his work, my wife and I were amazed by the wedding pictures he displayed. I also got to know Pervez on a personal level, family oriented, humble, fun, incredibly generous with his time and energy. We immediately set a date and time for our pre-wedding photo shoot at Boston Commons month prior to our big day. Pervez wasted no time, and got to work, we had the pre-wedding photos within a week. The shots were absolutely amazing with the sunset and Boston skyline. During our both events, PTaufiq team was phenomenal. The team were very professional as they showed up early for both events and set up their equipment. I was impressed how hard they worked to capture every moment that took place on our big day. Pervez and his team were so friendly to our guests as the team blended right in with everyone. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the team ‘PTAUFIQ’ GREAT JOB GUYS. If we could give PTaufiq Photography more stars, we would!! Pervez, Nicole and their team did our photography and videography for a multiple day wedding event. The photos are stunning!! Their professionalism and drive to get the “Wow” photos is unmatched. Most weddings I’ve been to, the photographers are more concerned with the standard shots, but PTaufiq's team manages to get both your legacy wish list AND photos that you are super excited to frame and put in your wedding album. I cannot count the number of times a friend or family member told us how excited they are to see our photos! It’s apparent how much the team cares and the effort they put into each shot. They also do a great job making you feel confident/comfortable and give you direction to get the best possible shots. If you follow their lead, you will be incredibly happy with the results. Hiring Pervez and his team was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning. Being a traditional Indian wedding with week long events and over 500 people, it was not easy. However, Pervez and his team worked endlessly to capture every little moment. The pictures came out flawless and the videography was stunning. Honestly- I do not have the words to explain how thankful I am that we chose Pervez and his team as our photographers and videographers for our wedding this past weekend. Not only is this team exceptionally talented, their energy, care, liveliness, attention to detail, passion for their work, and excitement kept us going. All our family and friends kept asking for his contact information so they could one day use his services. Our wedding would not have been the same without them. There were a couple of moments when Pervez could see and feel that I was overwhelmed and stressed. During these times, he made sure to ground me and got the help that I needed from my family and friends so that I could be more present and enjoy some precious moments. Choosing the PTaufiq team for our videography was hands down the best decision I made while wedding planning! They were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish.
