One of the best photographers/Videographers in the tri-state area . I can now say we are lucky to find DesiStudioz . We started with them for our prewedding shoot and now even after 3 years we did our several other shoots with them (prewedding , engagement, wedding n baby shower ) . They are best in bringing out your dream pictures you just have to tell them what you want to and then leave it to them. Price has always been on the lower side and has never been a matter of concern. Best just go for it.....

Rakesh and his team are utterly professional and the ideal team to work for your event. No matter the event, weather, or time - they put in 110% into their work. They shot our COVID wedding and were extremely accommodating and creative. While we had limited events, they made sure to capture even the smallest, intimate moment with our small group of guests. Finding a good photographer for a reasonable price is extremely difficult. My fiancé and I thought we had done just that, except 48 hours before our wedding our photographer cancelled. We were left scrambling to find someone on short notice. Luckily we found Rakesh. We didn’t have a lot of time to get to know him but he agreed to shoot our wedding and we hoped for the best. He showed up on time and from our first impression we had struck GOLD. He was extremely courteous and professional right off the bat and got right to work. Without direction he blended into our party and took candid shots of our guests. During the ceremony he was able to capture all the key moments you would expect then gave us a minute before all the glitzy one on one photos you want for the album. He had already scoped out the property for the best spots where the lighting and backdrop was just right and proceeded to position us to get the best results. I mean honestly, he stopped to show us how the pictures were coming out and we were blown away. At this point we started to forget about pictures and just be ourselves and have fun. After the one on one and family shots we were free to get back to our party and guests, but Rakesh continued to take candid shots. By the end of the night most people in our party felt so comfortable with him they thought he was a personal friend of ours that was photographing our wedding as a favor to us. He had amazing energy and read the room like no one I’ve ever seen. Truly a blessing to have him capture your event, but on 48 hrs notice it was literally a miracle. We would recommend him for anyone and 100% plan on using him in the future.

Rakesh is a thorough professional and he did a fantastic job with our wedding photography. Our event extended by an hour than what we had booked him for, but he was flexible, and we really appreciate him for that. We were on a tight budget considering it was COVID era wedding but to our surprise his rates were the most competitive in the marketplace and I would strongly recommend anyone looking for an event photographer to get his quote first. The outcome was a high-quality product which we will cherish for the rest of our lives. In addition to the highlight video, full event video and soft copies of the photographs, we also availed the hard cover album, and it came out to be a classy product. My husband and I had the best experience with Sameer and his entire team. From our engagement photo shoot till we got our wedding day...Sameer was always there for us with any question we had during the wedding. Sameer always took the time and initiative to explain the process which made all our events much smoother. These guys are very professional, knowledgable and use state of the art technology. Most importantly, they are super kind and can keep you calm and focused even in the most high pressure moments. Hello everyone Rajphotovideo group is just amazing!! back in 2016 they did my wedding and we were really happy with our wedding photos and video. They really captured every moment. Sameer, Nick and his team photographed and filmed our wedding a few months ago and did a fantastic job! They work with you and really listen to what you want to do. For example, we didn't want to spend much time taking posed photographs, and rather opted to get as much candid footage as possible and spend more time interacting with our guests and enjoying our wedding, and they never made us feel like we were making a bad choice or that this was an inconvenience to them somehow, which was not at all the case with other photographers we had contacted before going with Raj Photo Video. They also really worked to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera, helped us relax and even managed all the crazy family photo requests like pros. I came across their company because they had photographed another event at my wedding venue and I just fell in love with their story-telling cinematic video style and their amazing photography. From the start, they were very warm toward us, and they made it clear that they did not intend to only capture us from afar. My husband and I chose Raj Photo/Video for our Nikkah ceremony and wedding reception in September of 2021. My family has many events, and this was the first time that I felt complete security that the team I hired would take note of all our requests, however big or small, and have a true interest in capturing our most special moments. Sameer, Ajay, and Nick made themselves available to discuss with me the timeline of each day, went over poses/photos that we wanted to shoot. The communication was seamless, and I honestly could not have been happier to just focus on getting married and having fun. This was all reflected in the final product. A true thing of magic! Our family adores our photos and especially our wedding highlight/video. The emotions and love captured hits right every single time we watch it! It was important to us that we had a team that understood our culture and religion as well -- without going into too much detail, they knew exactly what moments needed to be captured at all the perfect angles. We never worried that they were based in NJ, and we were having our wedding out in Suffolk County at my home. They came early and did not miss a beat. I truly forgot they were located out of state. Do not worry, they will dedicate their time and give you 150%. Not only that, but Sameer was the best bridesmaid! He was always there to help me carry and set my train. I contacted the company in February 2022 for a wedding in Upstate, NY in September 2022. Akash and I went back and forth to create a customized wedding package with everything I was looking for. He was very transparent with pricing and what was included or wasn't included in the package. The cost for travel from NYC to our venue was also reasonable. The package included professionally edited photos shared via google drive, an online photo gallery, film, and wedding album, and more. I also requested no show on social media and full length film for the wedding ceremony and reception. Akash and the videographer were very easy to work with on the day of the wedding and are very nice people! The pictures came out bautiful and we received all the shots we wanted! I am glad I went with a company who knows how to photograph Indian weddings. We also received an amazing highlight video! We were able to choose a custom album design and decide which photos we wanted to include. The album was delivered in perfect condition and was really great, amazing quality, and more than I would have imagined! I love that it came keepsake box that holds the album and a carrying case. We received a sneak peek of the photos about 2 weeks after the wedding, all photos by 2 months after, videos by 4 months and the album by 6 months. I would highly reccomend this company's services to anyone! Thank you so much for everything!

I hired Akash for my Indian wedding in August 2022. He provided photo services for our pre-wedding events and photo/video for our wedding day & reception. From the first inquiry phone call, all the way to receiving our final products, Akash has been great to work with. When I requested a few changes on my wedding highlight video, there was no issue on his end. He strives to make his clients happy and we absolutely love how all of the photos turned out!
