Vikram, saved us from investing in a money pit(home) by warning us about the pitfalls associated with it. We were in a very tough & hopeless situation and he was very gracious about the financial aspect of it and helped us find our home. Also, he helped sell our home. Strongly recommend Vikram, for his patience, general decency, kindness and honesty. Vikram always has a cool head and was very upfront about whether something will work or not.
