I can't speak highly enough of Sachin! He has been absolutely wonderful! Even though we were existing homeowners, we had purchased our first home as a brand-new construction which was also a long time back. Needless to say that we had little idea where the current market was or where to even begin. During this time, we were introduced to Sachin by a close friend. Since our first interaction, he was always so kind and patient and made the process as smooth as possible. He explained everything to us in a way that we could understand and was always there to answer our text messages, emails, and endless questions. He worked just as hard as we did to find us the perfect house and when we were outbid on our first home offer, He was there to pick us back up and help us find our perfect home! Sachin is very focused on the making sure the home is in a good condition. He did a detailed walkthrough of the inspection reports and clearly explained everything we needed to know before we moved in. His influence and negotiation skills are commendable as he helped us get the best deal in current market conditions. One thing about Sachin which I must mention, he works very closely with the lenders. He had figured that it would be a very competitive situation. Mohan is a great agent to work with for first time home buyers. He helped set up new home alerts as well as proactively sending out open house agenda for the weekend. He walked us through all the critical steps of home buying process and patiently answered all questions. His due diligence during offer presentment should be appreciated and helped navigate through the disclosures as well as pointing out the merits and red flags with the property being considered. One of our friends who had previously worked with Sunny recommended us his name. I have worked with realtors previously but our experience with Sunny was special one. To begin with, he spent ample time with us to understand our requirements and areas of interest. Sunny was very quick is picking up new listings and if anything fitted our profile he would setup showing for us as soon as possible. He understands timing is key in this market and really stressed on this point. On the other hand, he acknowledged our likes and dislikes and didn't put any kind of pressure if we didn't like a particular place. We saw many homes and all this while he worked with us patiently. Sunny would well research the house/location and also acquire some key insights from the listing agent before any showing. Sunny was always available throughout the contract closing duration and ensured the process happens in timely manner.
