There is no one else I would rather work with! Jeet helped us, literally every step of the way. He helped us figure out our lender. He helped us write a strong offer that made sure we were in a competitive position. When our offer was finally accepted, his job wasn't done! He helped us find handyman, cleaning lady, etc. And we STILL CALL JEET for anything! He always prioritized our preferences and never pushed us on something that we weren’t fully comfortable with. Summary: 1) Great work ethic 2) Great team 3) Time bound 4) Good guide 5) Responsible 6) top of things 7) Quick but patient I worked with Manu for 3-4 months as a first time homebuyer, which resulted in me buying a home with her as my agent. She was very frank from the beginning and told me the truth about the market conditions with data so that i have accurate expectations and be closer to reality, which definitely helps in the entire process. She took my preferences and kept in mind and told me about it while looking at homes. Her offer estimates and comps though unbelievable at first, but you soon start to realize they were very accurate in hindsight. Her knowledge about the area and the market were up-to-date. Being a bit detail oriented person who likes to understand what i am getting into, she dealt with me with patience and replied to all the questions with the best of her knowledge, when she was not aware of something she was not afraid to show her unawareness about it instead of giving half-baked information. Her recommendations about pre-approval contacts and lenders were great. She was a great liaison between me and the lenders/pre-approval contact, whenever required to clear any misunderstanding. Her team of lenders are also very professional and great. Manu also knows when to push her buyer clients and guide them to better their offer in subsequent tries so that the buyer gets the home. Though at first you would feel it is unnecessary, but in hindsight it is very important and should take such guidance with seriousness. Such push and guidance is definitely required to come to terms with the market conditions and submit a winning offer. She has the skill of taking a raw buyer and creating environment that helps ripen buyer to get the home. Even after closing the deal, she is recommending me contractors to perform minor work in the home.

We were looking to buy our first home around Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, San Jose areas. We heard about Manu from one of her ads on the Bay Area FM channels. Manu was super responsive right from the start and very easy to interact with - just a text/phone call away for any of our questions. With the current housing market, where most houses are listed only for a week, she was really prompt in scheduling viewings as well. We think this is a true necessity for anyone in the current buying market. If Manu was not able to make it to the viewing, we would always have someone from her team help us with the house viewing (though in most cases we would have Manu accompany us herself). She also got us disclosures before the scheduled viewing many a time as per our request which helped us get a good sense of the house condition before the visit. Manu has great contacts with most other seller agents as well which offers an advantage during bidding. Overall, Manu is a great realtor - we enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her for any first time home buyer!

Manu and her team worked for a period of around three months to help us buy our house in the bay area. It was a great experience working with her. I would give her a 5 star rating on all the following aspects: 1) Knowledge - Manu is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market trends. She gave us very practical guidance on what to look out in a house when buying: how to read home evaluation reports quickly and find red flags, expected expenditure on fixing a house, how good are the schools, what amenities are available for kids in an area etc. Most importantly, she was pretty spot on in her guidance around how much to bid for a house. 2) Responsiveness - Manu responded to all our queries promptly. She always showed up on time on for any phone calls we set up with her. 3) Communication - Manu was very transparent in all her communications with us. Nothing was left ambiguous or not closed. 4) Post buying experience - Manu got us in contact with some very good contractors to do the fixes in our house. This saved us a lot of time which we would have otherwise spent in finding contractors. Her team was constantly in touch with us during the closing process and guided us at all the steps. Manu was in constant touch with the seller's agent after we bought the house and helped us in getting quick answers to our queries All in all, it was a very good experience working with Manu. Manu Changotra was our listing agent and she was outstanding to work with! My husband and I conducted research to see who would be our best choice based on the investment they would make into selling the property (with regards to time and effort). Manu met us at our home and laid out the plan that she had in mind to sell our house. She answered all our questions, providing us with objective data with regards to the number of sales in our area, what they listed and sold for, and provided us with lots of comps in the area. Do you think of your realtor everyday?! I do! Srini has been our family friend for a while now. Recently we got his help to buy our home in Willow Glen and then to sell our old home in Evergreen in a few more weeks. His meticulous process started with his lengthy calls for about an hour to gather all our requirements and expectations from the home. He had made both combined and separate calls to speak to my husband and me to gather a different perspective for what we were looking for in a home. After that when we went to check the home, he specifically pointed out the caveats (and that’s why I think of him everyday) in the home which I might not like in the long run (since he knew me and my lifestyle for a while!). It gave me a chance to review my specs one more time and I told him that it’s one of the compromises I wanted to make, after running by all the pros with him. When it was time for the meat: the finances, he helped us engage with a mortgage consultant who arranged all the preapproval docs in a jiffy but with great accuracy! Srini then helped us through the whole process of evaluating the numbers, making the right quote, presenting to the seller plus going back and forth with the right terms on the actual day of the offer. He continued his help till the last day of the process even with a now-seemingly-trivial-but-then-very-important task of getting the home thoroughly cleaned before we entered it. And it didn’t end there! We weren’t so sure about selling our older home right away. He gave us time and perspective about the gamut of options we had for selling the home. Then when we decided to sell our previous place in a few weeks, Srini took time for us right away and helped us strike a great deal without even listing it and ensured a good price for the home.
