I honestly could not have pulled off my son’s wedding so beautifully without the incredible work of Shubhi. From start to finish, every single detail was handled with professionalism, care, and absolute perfection. She did an amazing job organizing everything behind the scenes — coordinating the servers, arranging the buffet flawlessly and making sure the entire event flowed smoothly. One thing that truly stood out was how attentive she was to the food service. Guests were served promptly, everything stayed organized, and the dining experience felt elegant and stress-free throughout the evening. On top of that, the DJ services provided by Vatan who is such an amazing DJ was fantastic! The music selection was perfect, the energy stayed high all night, and the dance floor was constantly full. He knew exactly how to read the crowd and create the perfect atmosphere for every moment of the celebration. What impressed me most was her dedication and calm professionalism. She made sure we could actually enjoy our special day without worrying about logistics or timing. Every detail was taken care of with excellence. What I loved most was her always saying ‘you enjoy the occasion, I will take care of everything’ ! Shubhi was the day of wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding. Shubhi quickly grasped the the vision my daughter and I had for the wedding and executed on it competently. Shubhi is pleasant to work with and so are her staff lilly and Luke. Even though I had hired a different decorator for the wedding, shubhi generously shared a decoration idea with me and when I asked if she could herself execute on the idea, she very graciously agreed. She made sure all the family members were lined up for pictures. Thanks, shubhi ,for taking the stress off and making everything flow smoothly on the day of the wedding. Dj Tandav was super amazing. Everything was 5 stars. As much planning as the family had done before the wedding, without your assistance on the day of the wedding, we could not have relaxed and enjoyed event

They did amazing job in our housewarming party. Food was delicious. Setup and decoration was beautiful. All my guests liked the setup. It was hot day, they went extra length to provide us cooler at last minute request, they traveled an hour distance to provide us cooler. Shubhi and her team took care of all arrangements and made sure everything was going smooth. We had live counter, so they made sure about security and stayed there whole time. Highly recommend them.
