Ravi has everything that you can expect from a real estate agent especially when you are a first time home buyer. He is very patient and takes time to understand what your needs and limits are. Depending on the type of house that we were looking at he was decisive in suggesting whether we should go all out or should we quote below the asking price. As a result, he was able to get a house below the asking price He was able to give his perspective as if he was buying a home for his family. He is very firm in presenting his point of view if we should put in an offer or not. He is very responsive and does his due diligence before and after. He was also working with our loan officer to ensure that our loan closed on time.
