Harish showed us many homes in many cities and some of them are Concord, Clayton, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Livermore, Castro Valley, and Pittsburg. In this journey we have gone through variety of properties e.g. Probate Sale, Trustee Sales and found him very knowledgeable and experienced. He guided me on each and every step and make this process enjoyable and stress free. He also has good connections with lender which saved me last minute. I was working with my lender from last one year but at the time of closing that lender increased my rate and put me on a very bad spot but Harish connected me with his connection who gave me best rates with lender credit. This is my second property in bay area ,so I have experienced with other real estate agents as well and I can say Harish is the best. In this hot market it was not easy to deal with how many offers per listing is getting and people are paying way over the value of the property. Harish always guide us what should be the value of the property. He was not thinking of closing the deal and make money. He was with us in every step as a family member and wanted to make our home buying experience stress free. He was always available to show us the property even on a very short notice. We have also seen many properties which needs decent amount of cosmetic changes and he guided us and explained which one will fit in our criteria and situation. If I will buy or sell any other property in future I will go with Harish only. I would recommend him if you want to make your buy/sell transaction stress free and want the best value out of it
