We were working with another agent before Gurmeet, she could not close the transaction. I was introduced to Gurmeet by one of my friends. He got us in contract in a week and closed the transaction in less than 20 days. I highly recommend Gurmeet and I will always use him.

We booked a different house with another agent, but she did not guide us with the loan process and our loan was declined and the deal collapsed. Then one of our parents’ friends told us about Gurmeet. We contacted Gurmeet and explained our situation. Gurmeet showed us new homes a couple days after we contacted him. We liked the home and Gurmeet negotiated the price with the builder and got us a good deal. Then Gurmeet helped with loan approval from the builder lender putting us in three ways, calling and explaining to the builder loan agent about my maternity leave. As we were first time home buyers, there were a lot of documents we did not understand. Gurmeet explained everything to us in detail.
