I had the opportunity to work with Jeet to close my first primary home. Got his reference through a friend and glad I got to work with him. I started my first home search working with some other person who advertised a lot on radio and hoardings and never really felt connected. It was always like I am trying to forcefully get the information from them. But it changed completely with Jeet. He was always available and responsive. He was also very patient helping us see a lot of homes and provide details for each and every house I would find online or get through his customized filter. He gives his advice and detailed pros/cons list but always respect customers decisions if we wanted to proceed/not proceed with any home. He was also very very ready with any paper work that was needed and always keeps his communication upto date with all the parties involved be it mortgage office, escrow company, other agents or his team members for finishing the paperwork in record time.He has a very good network and can provide great reference for loans, improvements etc. He definitely made the whole process very easy for us. Jeet helped us buy our first home. As soon as we connected, he made sure he understood all of our requirements and budget and got to work immediately. Jeet was an exceptional realtor to work with. His response time was almost immediate and the work was exceptional. i sold my house with him and the house needed to be fixed up - Jeet found a really good contractor who did the work at a reasonable price and in time. it was a 3 month end to end process and the work was consistently exceptional throughout the process. Jeet and his team posts a podcast every week which has a wealth of information regarding the buying and selling process. There is no one else I would rather work with! Jeet helped us, literally every step of the way. He helped us figure out our lender. He helped us write a strong offer that made sure we were in a competitive position. When our offer was finally accepted, his job wasn't done! He helped us find handyman, cleaning lady, etc. And we STILL CALL JEET for anything! He always prioritized our preferences and never pushed us on something that we weren’t fully comfortable with. We never felt rushed which made the whole process so much less stressful. He is extremely reliable and helpful with transparency. This guy truly loves making people's dreams come true.
