From the very beginning, he demonstrated a level of dedication and professionalism that truly set him apart. Every weekend, without fail, Himmat showed us 4-5 houses, making himself available to visit each property with us. His punctuality and commitment were remarkable, ensuring we never missed an opportunity to view a potential home. What impressed us most was his keen eye for detail and his ability to provide accurate estimates for any work a house might need. This was invaluable in helping us make informed decisions. Our home-buying journey took five weeks, during which we faced multiple offers and some challenging decisions. Rated 5.0 We’ve been with 3 different realtors (yep, had to have some difficult conversations here) and we’re so glad to have found Himmat. He was introduced to us by a referral and we eventually found that there were 3 more families we knew who had been with Himmat and had all good things to say. That level of trust was comforting for us. Himmat is very thorough in providing insights on properties which others miss or are unaware of. There is no perfect home and Himmat has the knowledge on estimating and putting actual $ value against any issue which may exist. This was very valuable as it puts folks at ease especially when dealing with such expensive properties. He also helps you visualize the future potential of properties which one may not see at present. Himmat was available anytime (even while he was on vacation) to answer any questions we had. He also goes over inspection report which in my opinion trains the new buyer on what/how to expect. This is very unique as after 1 or 2 reports, folks are not overwhelmed by issues. He also provides a good estimate while sending an offer (unlike others who give a huge range and have a cliche statement of throwing more money to get a home). He is very close on his numbers (and we observed that on the house which eventually came as Sold) We are very happy to have found him and would definitely be recommending him to everyone in our circle. We closed on a home and kudos to Himmat and team. They were also able to squeeze us in for a last minute 1 day paint job before moving in. Last but not the least, a huge shoutout to Aman for all the silent help :)
