His knowledge of the market and the area made the offer process easy and we were able to get the house we wanted while staying within our budget. Simon stayed in touch with us often. He also checked in with our lender and with the title company to make sure everything was going well, and whenever any issues came up with our lender, he guided us to get them resolved. We strongly recommend him!

Rated 5.0 If you’re reading this review, there is no need to look any further for other realtors. Simon is the best at what he does! Simon made the process of selling our home not only easy, but comforting knowing that we were in such good hands. The accepted offer price was 250K+ over asking and the quality of work Simon provided was superior. I wouldn't recommend anyone but Simon for your real estate needs.

Rated 5.0 Simon Sahi has been pretty much the work horse (I should say stallion) through our first time home buying process. He went out of his way to make sure things were smoothed out when we felt like things got rocky or we really had no idea what was going on. We hit what we thought were a lot of bumps in the road but Simon was there to make sure we understood and to not stress and walked us through every step. He made sure to explain to us several times what would happen and what we would feel along the way. We didn’t realize what he was saying until it actually happened and we have a great appreciation for that now . As a first time homebuyer I would highly recommend Simon. He was honest throughout the process he didn’t push us to do anything and he provided his honest feedback on the properties, the area and the current real estate environment. In the end he always understood what we wanted and always respected our choices. With his input we ended up getting the property we wanted and didn’t settle for anything less but still within our budget.

We were impressed with his market knowledge, negotiating skills and the complete marketing plan he put together to sell our home. We received multiple over-asking offers to choose from and were in contract within days of putting the house on the market.
