Even though we were existing homeowners, we had purchased our first home as a brand-new construction which was also a long time back. Needless to say that we had little idea where the current market was or where to even begin. During this time, we were introduced to Sachin by a close friend. Since our first interaction, he was always so kind and patient and made the process as smooth as possible. He explained everything to us in a way that we could understand and was always there to answer our text messages, emails, and endless questions. He worked just as hard as we did to find us the perfect house and when we were outbid on our first home offer, He was there to pick us back up and help us find our perfect home! Sachin is very focused on the making sure the home is in a good condition. He did a detailed walkthrough of the inspection reports and clearly explained everything we needed to know before we moved in. His influence and negotiation skills are commendable as he helped us get the best deal in current market conditions. One thing about Sachin which I must mention, he works very closely with the lenders. He had figured that it would be a very competitive situation. He worked with one of the established banks to showcase our financial strength and negotiated for a very fast closing. This improved chances of getting our offer accepted. I feel very happy to say that he has even gone above and beyond after we bought our house and following up with us for any issues that may arise!
