The Brand 'Ipshita Designs' was created in the year 2007, by designers Anjali Gupta & Anuradha Rathi. Ipshita Designs is based out of Los Angeles and caters to the high end luxury market. We focus on Ethnic Indian and Fusion Wear & use Embroideries & Textures as our means to create clothing that crosses over from the fashion world to the art world. Our designs suggest a Fourth of July faith in individual expression. We believe that every client has a different story to tell and at Ipshita Designs we work with each client to capture that essence and create their dream ensembles. Anjali Gupta is a graduate from S.N.D.T University, Mumbai. She also went to London College of Fashion for her specialization in Fashion styling, Draping & Costumes for theatre and screen. She has worked for designers like Wendell Rodricks & Aki Narula & also assisted Aki with movies like Garam Masala & Don. Together, they have designed outfits for various celebrities like Akshay Kumar, Meagan Tandy, and famous british football photographer Hy Money just to name a few. Anjali has also won several awards for her designs including the 'Collection of the Year' award at the CHRYSALIS in 2004. Anuradha Rathi was born with a natural flair for fashion and an artistic eye for detail. Her artistic creativity and dedication to perfection has earned her high regard with her colleagues and clients. The dual cultural exposure of both the designers can be clearly detected in their work, which is appealing to all ages, ethnicities, and income levels. They have earned the reputation for offering a stylish and high-quality product while at the same time inviting the consumer to experience the inspiration behind it. Anuradha Rathi with her years of experience in the industry & Anjali Gupta with her strong design background and global design sensibility together create Timeless, Classy, Modern pieces that are must haves for any wardrobe.
