About Nehal Music School Nehal Trivedi Raval is a dedicated vocalist and music educator specializing in North Indian Classical and Vocal Music. With over 26 years of teaching experience and more than 40 years of singing experience, she has helped students of all ages develop a strong foundation in Indian music. Based in the Bay Area, Nehal offers training in Hindustani Classical Music, Semi-Classical Vocal Music, Bhajans, Shlokas, Ghazals, and Devotional Singing. Her classes are designed for beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced students who wish to deepen their understanding of Indian classical traditions. Nehal's musical journey began at the age of eight under the encouragement of her parents, Mr. Arun Trivedi and Mrs. Minaxi Trivedi. She later received formal training from her guru, Late Shri Prabhakar Barve Ji, who introduced her to the depth and discipline of Indian Classical Music. As a performer, Nehal has presented concerts across India, the United States, and other international venues. Her repertoire includes Hindustani Classical and Semi-Classical music, devotional songs, bhajans, ghazals, and fusion compositions. Audiences appreciate her expressive voice, musical versatility, and passion for preserving traditional Indian music. As a teacher, Nehal has trained students ranging from 4 to 72 years of age, including many with no prior musical background. Her structured teaching approach helps students learn vocal techniques, understand classical concepts, and gain confidence in their musical abilities while appreciating the beauty of Indian music.
