I hired Reva about 3 months from my wedding date, realizing I was way over my head. I had everything planned, but there was no way I was going to be able to enjoy my day! I contacted her and we immediately connected, she has a very calm vibe and that was exactly what I needed for my day. I sent over all my information and she made the most beautiful detailed timeline! She asked me things that I probably never would have thought of, and made sure that I wouldn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. Every step of the way, and any question I had, she was there with answers or solutions. Day of the wedding, Reva and her team told me and our wedding party exactly where to go, set up all the decor and coordinated with vendors, and made sure everything ran smoothly! I didn’t get a single call that morning, other than a “How are you doing” Text! I am SO thankful to your team for making my dreams a reality and putting everything together just the way I had imagined, really, even better! If you are on the fence about hiring her, DO IT. I had the absolute pleasure of hiring Reva and her assistant Alana as my day of wedding coordinators. Every raving review on here about this team is 1000% factual. I did my own flower arrangements which was a lot of work and to be honest I was pretty stressed out about it. I also and brought boxes of decorations and was stressing about how it would all come together. I shouldn’t have worried at all because Reva and Alana did the entire setup and breakdown which was such a major stress relief and the room looked STUNNING. My wedding day was absolutely seamless. Reva was there through every step and made sure we didn’t have to worry for a second. I was the most relaxed I had been in days and Reva is a huge part of that. She is so damn good at what she does!! Seriously, search no further if you’re looking to hire a coordinator. Reva and her team are PHENOMENAL. Several guests noticed how utterly amazing they are and told me multiple times. This is your team, your search is over. You will NOT regret it at all. I know that wedding expenses add up fast, but to ensure that the day is everything you wanted I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this team is. Worth every Penny and more. Hire Reva and her team. When we first started planning our wedding, we hired the venue first. Our venue required a coordinator and we had no clue where to start, so we filtered by highest ratings and sent out a bunch of messages to coordinators late at night as we browsed online. We received a message back from Gina within half an hour. Our minds were blown... like WHAT? Who is this superstar who is this responsive? She sent us info and we promptly set up a time to talk during business hours. In the first 5 minutes of our call while Gina was talking, I remember being so impressed with her enthusiasm, professionalism, and friendliness that I wrote a message to my then-fiancé to hire her then and there.

Gina is a truly amazing wedding planner and person. She worked with myself, my now husband, and family for over a year planning our wedding! She was able to find us some amazing vendors that were within our budget but still exactly what we we were looking for. I will also say when I interviewed our vendors, they were extremely appreciative that Gina had recommended them and they were very excited to be working with someone like her! Our wedding was supposed to be April 19, 2020, however on March 17 our venue had to cancel our wedding due to all the COVID-19 restrictions that went into place. Gina, my husband and family fully took care of everything as I was pretty devastated and they were able to fully rearrange everything for our new date on August 1, 2020. Gina was so calm and positive, and took charge during this unknowing time to make sure that we felt good about our new wedding date and she was able to get all of our vendors on that same day as well! Our wedding day was more beautiful and perfect than what we even imagined and we were able to have an amazing time and enjoy the day thoroughly because she handled every single thing without us even knowing! Gina’s genuine energy, professionalism, and positivity throughout the entire process made this experience truly amazing and if it wasn’t for her, our day would not have been as perfect as it was!
