We closed our refinance on July 2022. With 3 months of waiting on the loan closing from other lender I reached out to Jay and it was the right decision we made. He made it so easy with all the required documentation was provided he was able to close it within 2 weeks. Which was quite amazing. He didnt Haggled us neither we had to go thru and stress. He was upto date on the follow ups. I am very sure you gonna satisfy 97-99.99% once you are okay with rate. I am sure he gonna match and give you better than other lenders rate.
