When I first met Sukesh 6 months ago at information session, even though I was impressed with his knowledge, I was unsure whether I wanted to go thru another exercise, esp having done a couple of plans previously. I did not want to pay for another plan where I could not understand why the plan was any better than what I had. When I expressed this concern, Sukesh explanined how he does things, how he can help limit risk for the sought return and made me see value to hiring him. Like me, Sukesh is an engineer by training (but from IIT, the most elite school in India). So he could understand me extremely well as a client. Please BE AWARE of TaxVista Scam. Around 4/3/2020 I have spoke with Mr. Shiva at TaxVista to understanding there services and cost; at that movement communication went very well and Mr. Shiva asked me to upload all my necessary current and previous tax return documents to there website portal. So he can line up the documents and prepare 2019 tax return. After few days into process I have contacted them back and realized that TaxVista is stealing and blackmailing clients/ customers information. Without any proof of job completion, they have sent me a $180 bill; upon asking Mr. Shiva and his manager responded by refusing to share 2019 tax return draft unless I pay them $180 without a proof of any work completion. I requested to share a 2019 tax return draft so I can able to understand and make changes if is necessary but TaxVista refused to show even draft until I voluntary pay them $180. TaxVista is scamming and stealing people information and blackmailing once you provide them all your necessary information. Upon further more investigation I found there office address is FAKE (194 Francisco Ln #108 Fremont CA) is a Real Estate firm and there is no affiliation or sign posted of TaxVista. So basically TaxVista will take your personal information by making you believe they are doing a job but in reality they are stealing and blackmailing. Upon calling them again and again in realized they are operating entire services from INDIA. Please be aware specially during COVD19 shutdown
