I used to go to another Jewler next to him in Seabold building but nowhere near the customer service or loyalty that Alex and his store has shown us. This time it took him a while to find a prestine new Cartier Love Bracelet rose gold w Box and Papers and it was a gorgeous piece. Thanks again Alex??
