Rated 5.0 I left a 5 star review for Brian months ago when he cleaned up my laptop and made it run great. I feel like I have to leave another 5 star rating due to the unfortunate mess I made of my life this week when I was hacked (through my own stupidity). I was an emotional mess when I called Brian when I figured out what had happened. After calling my bank and CCs, Brian was my first call. He was supportive and extremely helpful in helping me out of a terrible situation. I took my laptop to him as soon as I could and he took time to explain a lot of things to me about the computer and security. Ultimately, he decided that because of the age and performance of my computer, to replace my hacked drive with a new solid state drive. This went a long way to make me feel more secure and to make my laptop perform like new. He also helped me not beat myself up so much about the hacking. He gave me tips and support regarding how to protect myself in the future and ways to get the best performance from my "right hand" (my laptop)! These days it is increasingly difficult to find honest, fair, vendors but Brian has exceeded my expectations/needs both times I needed it. I highly recommend this gentleman and his services!

Along the way he gives great tips on removing "bloatware" and files you don't need to make your computer faster and safer. His advice is honest and his prices are fair. Rated 5.0 A+++ for Brian and his computer service! Excellent customer service. Very friendly and informative, upon meeting him. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He performed a free diagnostic on my old laptop for me, and was honest and upfront that it wouldn't be worth my money to try to fix it. After trying to retrieve any info off it for free, when unable to, he then offered to sell me a nice refurbished laptop to fit my individual needs--at a great price! He even threw in a free, brand new/in box wireless mouse. Awesome deal!!! Thank you again Brian, you're a real class act. I will DEF be using you again in the future, and will be referring all my friends and neighbors to you for their computer needs.
