Pooja started with ESF in 2017, when her responsibility was to digitize our records and organize them for easy accessibility. She converted thousands of records into an e-filing cabinet, so our staff could quickly access client information for better customer service. Pooja is now our Client Services Associate supporting both our advisors and clients with financial and account information and providing administrative support. Pooja has worked in the retail industry for a very long time and likes interacting with customers. She resides in Chantilly, VA with her family. She enjoys cooking and loves entertaining friends and family.
