We recently worked with them to provide breakfast and lunch for our wedding and 3 weeks later we are still receiving messages from our guests about how spectacular the food was and if there is any way they can dine with them again! Every step of the process with Avasar was seamless. Our main POC, Gaurav, was extremely attentive and made me feel completely at ease that his team was up for the task of serving our 150 guests at the wedding. At our tasting, Avasar's head chef personally made sure to come out after every course and take active feedback on what we liked/disliked and incorporated that feedback on the spot. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive the entire day. I can't recommend working with this team enough. From the quality of the food, the presentation, and the service I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
Avasar catered for engagement party of 100+ people for us in downtown Philadelphia. Gaurav, Director of Catering , was simply superb. Right from our first phone call until the day of the event -Gaurav was personally helping and supervising every aspect - small or big and he made sure the event was a smashing success. He guided us through menu selection , catering logistics and coordination with the event hotel staff. The food was extremely tasty, served in excellent style, with professional catering staff . Our guests loved the food - the selection of appetizers, pairings of vegetarian and chicken and lamb dishes and the dessert was perfect. Avasar catering made the event a memorable one for us ! They are more responsive, efficient, professional and reasonably priced compared to any other caterers in the region. All of your food will be cooked in our licensed catering kitchen. once the cooking is finished, we transport all your food in hot boxes and cold containers to your wedding reception site and serve it fresh in perfect condition.
