I ordered butter chicken, dal dry, pani puri, and papdi chaat. All were 10/10. The water was so smooth and delectable. For dessert I had pistachio kulfi and gulab jamun creme brûlée. I usually don’t enjoy creme brûlée, but that was probably my favorite twist on a dessert ever. The atmosphere was perfect, quiet but really nice background music. And the service was great also. Everything came out super quick! Overall, I recommend and I will be back soon.

For $16.99, the buffet offers a wide selection of authentic Indian dishes, each packed with flavor. The vibe inside is welcoming, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier—they made me feel at home from the moment I walked in. One small detail I liked is that they serve water in a glass bottle. It comes at room temperature, which some might appreciate, but if you prefer your water cold, just ask for ice like I did—they’ll happily bring it over. The buffet itself was fantastic, with options that ranged from mild to satisfyingly spicy. I tried a bit of everything—curries, rice dishes, naan, and even a few desserts. Everything was fresh, and you could tell they put thought into each dish. They don’t do a dinner buffet, so make sure you catch it for lunch before 3:00 p.m. if you’re in the area. All in all, Bombay Republic was exactly what I needed to satisfy my craving for some bold, spicy flavors. Utkarsh is amazing as a server. For was amazing. When we did not like the mocktail drink I had they changed it happily. And were very accommodating about all things. Very very good experience for a ladies evening out.

This restaurant is definitely worth visiting for your Indian food craving's. It's definitely worth th cost for the buffet. The pink drink in the photo is Rose ?? Water, and I have not seen this ?? addition to any buffet. They also offer chai tea ?? my only complaint is I didn't have three stomachs ?? I'm beyond happy and leaving full as a tic! There are plenty of vegetarian options and non-vegetarian options. This foodie in Dallas can't wait to come back! The only addition I would suggest is playing Bollywood music ?? videos on Tvs because I personally love those and the Indian culture.??

I wish I had found this place earlier. It is by far the best Indian food in the area. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing, and the service is outstanding. Such a welcoming atmosphere, the owner even checked on everything. My overall experience was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had, and I was eating alone. Can’t wait to bring my family back here! The prices are also very reasonable considering the high quality of their food. Highly recommend to all. Can’t wait to try their buffet.

Excellent service. The lunch buffet had a variety of meat dishes, rices, soups and a lot of vegetarian dishes. Everything was delicious my friend loved the goat. Our waiter explained the dishes and was very knowledgeable. There were a variety of sauces as well as Marsala teas on the buffet. I highly recommend this place.

We just hired Chaitanya’s Delights for a Mother’s Day dinner and were completely blown away from beginning to end. The entire experience was seamless and the food was absolutely phenomenal. We had Saag Burrata with Naan Dippers, Papdi Chaat Cups, Desi Flatbread, Samosa Cones, Malai Rigatoni with Desi Garlic Bread, Eggplant Parmesan with Pesto, and Rasmalai Tres Leches for dessert. Every single dish was a hit — creative, full of flavor, and beautifully balanced. You could taste the thought and care put into each bite. I eat out often in Dallas and have had plenty of great meals, but I’m most impressed when something surprises me with unique, thoughtful flavor. This meal did exactly that.
