Rated 5.0 I contacted Garret before I moved to Philly and he responded within 30 minutes. Other computer places had been saying they would charge 100 and up for the work one, but Garret charged way less and the work done was excellent. The job was done quick and ready for pickup hours after leaving it, when other places said it would take a minimum of 3 days. I'll definitely be back if I have any other computer issues and recommend others to this place.

Rated 5.0 My computer hard drive crashed and I went to Wise Guy. The Wise Guys are wise. They are more concerned about satisfying the customer than they are about making a profit. If you have a computer problem, they will do all that they can to fix it. If they can’t, they will tell you so instead of running useless test and sticking you with the bill. They start by taking the time to listen to you explain your problem. They then explain the various options that are available to you and apply each one until your problem is solved. I have nothing but praise for the Wise Guy.
