Rated 5.0 Could not sign into my Lenovo 470s. The reinstall USB stick Lenovo said did not work. Took it to Vladimar at FaTech and he determined that the stick was faulty and loaded Windows 10 from his resources. He also added all the necessary drivers for successful operation. A very intelligent fellow who cares about serving his customers. Fees were quite reasonable.
Rated 5.0 I have a Lenovo Thinkpad x230. The ac port became loose. I called a bunch of computer repair shops. Some said I should just buy a new computer as the repair would cost more than the computer was worth. Another place said they could do it but would have to replace the entire motherboard in order to replace the ac port. Then I called Fatech. They asked me to drop the computer off at Postal Plus and they'd pick it up the next day. They got back to me fairly quickly and said they could replace the port for a cost of around $90. They did the work, and I'm thrilled. I would not hesitate to use Fatech again. They're great. I highly recommend them.

He assisted me in transferring all my information to the new laptop and made sure I had all the programs I needed installed so I could seamlessly continue to do business.
