We literally ended up with a place, which we wouldn't even have imagined we'd own when we first started the process. I could write about a whole list of positives, but what stood out the most was his expertise in recognizing the quality of a house, assessing the value of a property and ultimately negotiating with the sellers when the property we bid for had multiple offers. He is also highly knowledge about mortgage rates and lenders, an added bonus that ended up being essential to us getting the house we wanted. To conclude, we are VERY HAPPY and WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND
