Service agent will get the pick up code from customer and keys in the transaction page aganist the customer order. Up on successful authentication, service agent will know you are the actual customer. Please note authentication should occur only when checking of the package is over and service agent is ready to accept the package.

For service agent, delivery code is used to authenticate the recipient who is receiving the parcel or the person. As soon as, service agent calls up receipient and meet them. Recipient will provide the Delivery Code, up on successful authentication, service agent will handover the package or the person.
