I’ve ordered from this local spot twice and both times I’ve been wowed. The food is so rich in flavor, you can tell it’s been made slowly and with intention. The paneer and vegetables are generous. Granted, I’m a white person who orders the same couple of basic dishes— but I know when stuff is slapped together fast or overly compensated with cream and this is not that. This tastes like someone’s grandma is cooking in the back of the kitchen and she loves me.

Food is very good, the place is very clean, you can park in the parking lot near by. Servers are very nice and respectful. Empyrean has maintained their name. My recommendation: try their cauliflower bites ?? thank me later

Empyrean Kitchen in Hoboken is such a great find! I absolutely loved their momos — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and really satisfying. The drinks were equally impressive, refreshing and well-balanced, making the whole experience even better. The vibe is nice and the food feels thoughtfully made. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re craving good momos and tasty drinks in Hoboken. Will be coming back to try more from the menu! ??????

Empyrean Bistro is a fantastic spot with great food and a lovely atmosphere. The dishes are well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. So delicious and yummy!?? Service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Perfect for a relaxed meal or a special outing. Highly recommended!

?????????? Empyrean Kitchen – Hoboken, NJ Had an amazing dining experience at Imperial Kitchen! We tried the mutton biryani, which was rich, aromatic, and perfectly cooked. The chicken kebab fried momos were a standout — crispy on the outside and flavorful inside. The butter chicken with naan was creamy, comforting, and absolutely delicious. To end on a sweet note, we had Gulab jamun & Cassata for dessert — both were indulgent and the perfect finish to the meal. Great food, warm service, and a lovely ambiance. Definitely a must-visit spot in Hoboken for Indian food lovers. Will be coming back again!

I am so excited Empyrean now has a Hoboken location and its GORGEOUS! The staff are so kind and the food is amazing. I got the Seekh kabobs which sizzled like a fajita...the vegetables with it...gorgeous...I also got the paneer....such a comfort dish on a cold day. It's right next to the 9th St Light Rail. I highly recommend popping in if you are traveling via light rail. Take it to go if that's all you have time for. It's a beautiful restaurant but its got a friendly casual vibe so you can juat drop in for a drink...an appetizer...take out or dine in. Local Hoboken and Jersey City friends... we have a new wonderful place for gorgeous Indian fare (traditional with a modern flair). ?? Let's support our new friends! ??

Amazing food experience tandoori chicken was so nice cooking ????

We stumbled upon a gem after 3 hours of driving, 3 hours of flying on our way from Florida (Orlando) to Atlantic City. Angara lives up to all the fireworks its name intended. Amazing options, food quality, and service in a cute antique style but homely restaurant. Sandy provided spot on suggestions that tingled our palates on both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian appetites. Highlights on menu we had was Palak (Spinach) Chaat, Gobi (cauliflower) Manchurian (spice lvl altered for little ones just perfectly), bullet naan (spicy but spot on again), angaari lamb masala (highest spice lvl requested and swear on my forehead didn’t disappoint at all). Recommend folks to try this place out either for dine in, take out or catering. Photo speaks for itself on left overs ??

Had an amazing experience at Aangara Restaurant! The service was truly great — the staff were super friendly and attentive, and they even surprised us with complimentary desserts, which was such a sweet gesture. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors from both South Indian and North Indian cuisine. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. Definitely one of the best places for Indian food in the area. Highly recommend! ???

It’s a must-try for anyone visiting! 2.Dahi Kabab appetizer and Patiala chicken was equally impressive. Cooked to perfection, with chicken proper tendered which made this dish unique special. Tried this place once and now I AM IN LOVEE and the food there is FIREE!!!! They messed up one of our orders (didn’t even realize ??) and offered to change it and remake it but we denied. Yet after that, they gave us free naan and some sauce that was literally AMAZING!! 10/10 shi was fire!! Staff was so kind and respectful, literally best people ever imo. I returned there a 2nd time with another family member who’s a bit picky but he LOVED it too. Y’all need to go if y’all wanna try some AMAZING Indian food!!!!! ??????????

Finally got to try the food everyone is raving about…. And it did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and served beautifully. Staff was extremely helpful. As someone with celiacs, it’s not always easy to find a large list of items to choose from, so I was pleasantly surprised and will be going back often! Oh- and definitely make sure you hit that dessert menu ??

The curries are full of flavor!! ???? The naan is some of the best I have had. The sizzling Malia Chicken Boti Kabob was fantastic ???? Very happy to have an Indian restaurant in Keyport!
