Grilling the meat on a wood fired charcoal grill has been their specialty for generations. The grilling process consists of many steps like selecting the right Sheep/Chicken/Fish, cutting the meat delicately, marinating the same using the perfectly balanced sauce and grilling the meat is a very challenging and immensely satisfying experience.
