Recently we got his help to buy our home in Willow Glen and then to sell our old home in Evergreen in a few more weeks. His meticulous process started with his lengthy calls for about an hour to gather all our requirements and expectations from the home. He had made both combined and separate calls to speak to my husband and me to gather a different perspective for what we were looking for in a home. I have worked with Srini Goli in the near past and have engaged his services in buying two of my rental properties. It has been a very pleasant experience in working with Srini Goli, a truly professional gentlemen who cares for his customers and in general have a love for people. Srini started off with what factors I was looking for including proximity to Bart , high probability of rental , Schools , proximity to shopping malls among other things, and also not to discount the rental customers we wanted to target.
