Kamal is a very knowledgeable, easy to work with, highly skilled at negotiations and puts his customers interest first. During our home buying process and offered honest opinions putting our best interest first.While being on contract and closing of the property, he negotiated on our best interest to reduce the asking price( in this crazy market) .Working with him, the entire process was smooth and he was able to connect us with his preferred lenders and title company to smooth the closing process.
