Me and my mom were in dire need to sell a house in Maryland city. We had moved to Charlotte. Having multiple horrible agents made things worse and house was taken on and off market multiple times. Having said that it IS SO SO IMP to have THE RIGHT and hardworking agent work for you. Previous agents focused on what was wrong and kept on criticizing the house everyday, which left such a bad taste for us. Our house was not perfect but me and my family of 8 lived there for 12 yrs, it was beautiful. Sadly, previous agents couldn't see that. House was not selling and it had been 4 months. There are no two ways about it...Shanti's professional handling of my recent vacant land purchase in Durham just a few miles from downtown has been NOTHING short of extraordinary and exemplary! From the get-go, she demonstrated a keen insight about that which makes a given real estate investment a great one! She did thorough research before we made an offer, paid attention to all of the small details I needed to be aware of, and ultimately negotiated my purchase of a VERY special and unique lakefront lot (AND the lake!!) at $34,000 BELOW the original asking price!
