Rated 5.0 My son's gaming PC had trouble with the graphics card. I took it to AJ and in 20 minutes he had confirmed that the graphics card was bad. But that is not the best part. The best part is how much effort he put into the troubleshooting. He downloaded and installed new drivers, ran diagnostics - his fingers were flying on the keyboard. He pulled out the old card and put in another one to further confirm the card was bad. But even that is not the best part. The best part is that when I pulled my credit card out to pay, he just smiled and said, "Don't worry about it." He had told me on the phone that software problems can be as low as $39.00 and I was ready to pay that - it was well worth it to have the peace of mind to know that we needed to buy a new card. But he didn't charge us a thing. I don't guarantee that will happen for everyone, but it sure was a nice New Year's gift for us. We ordered a new graphics card and we should be back on line in a day or so. Thanks Andy!!! You ROCK
