Our Commercial carpet cleaning system uses a VLMC Encap/OP system, specifically designed for the best cleaning results for the commercial install. However, all this is only as good as the person running it. Experience has taught us a simple truth that we share with you. A good clean consists of 40% equipment & cleaning agents, 60% is having a good tech. Therefore, we train our techs to appreciate this simple truth, and to clean all customers’ carpets as if they were cleaning their own. I would suspect that this rug hadn't been cleaned for over 10 years and when Gary was done cleaning this rug looked awesome! I also had Gary come to my home and clean our rugs. Advanced Cleaning Systems is a great company and Gary and son are very friendly and their prices are extremely fair.
