Mohua was really great in guiding us through our first-time home buying purchase experience. She has deep local knowledge, experience and a great network in the Bay Area real estate market. For me personally, the best part about working with Mohua was her integrity, genuineness and transparency as a person. So I could completely rely on to give us advice that we knew was in our best interests. This was especially true in a white-hot fiercely seller's market when the bids for houses were going for well over 20% over asking. She seemed to know the right approach for the particular houses we were interested in and the particular people we were dealing with (not always pleasant). We reached out to Mohua in 2019 to help us with property selection and she did a great job with property selections and hearing to our needs. More than a realtor, she is somebody who we could rely on as a friend, through the entire process. There is no one else I would rather work with! Jeet helped us, literally every step of the way. He helped us figure out our lender. He helped us write a strong offer that made sure we were in a competitive position. When our offer was finally accepted, his job wasn't done!
