We bought our first home with the help of Srini. He is very meticulous, knowledgeable and prompt in understanding the requirements of the client and providing viable recommendations. He is watchful of his client's interests and would always state facts. Srini was very patient in answering all our questions. He was there at every step of the way providing great insights. He walked us through the whole process. He also understood our requirements, financial situation and he clearly called out and filtered homes that don’t match our criteria. He was also very thorough during inspections and called out any repairs. He also spent a lot of time walking us through the cost analysis before putting an offer. If we had a different number in mind, he was flexible enough to go with it. Finally we were able to close on a house within a month. Overall we found this experience so much better with a trusted partner like Srini. If you are looking to buy a home and looking for an agent, we definitely recommend going with Srini. Good Luck!
