Rated 5.0 My son (15 yr old) who is in high school swim team need regular stretching and warm up to his muscles for better performance. We were thinking of yoga and joined V Rock Academy in their Pranayama and Stress Management for Teens. It was very nice experience for my son joining the program, meeting other kids of his age and having a good work out. I highly recommend V-Rock Academy for their expertise in hiring experienced and certified instructors.
