I went for a keratin treatment, and my daughter got acrylic nails done. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. My keratin treatment was done with so much care and patience. My hair feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. They handled every step gently from washing to treatment to styling. You can truly see the expertise in their work. My hair looks transformed! At the same time, my daughter had her acrylic nails done, and she is beyond happy. The shaping, finishing, and detailing were done beautifully. The work was neat, precise, and very professional. The salon is clean, organized, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Even while working, they made sure we were comfortable. Driving from Gilroy to Mountain View was completely worth it for this level of service and quality. We will definitely be coming back again! My teenage daughter wanted a haircut and spent a lot of time checking different salons and online reviews before choosing this one and she made the right choice! The stylist who worked with her, Niru, did an excellent job. My daughter has rough, thick hair, and Niru handled it with so much care, patience, and professionalism. She carefully removed unwanted bulk, shaped the layers beautifully, and made sure the hair looked healthy, light, and natural not overcut at all. What really stood out was how gentle and attentive she was throughout the process. She listened to what my daughter wanted and delivered exactly that. My daughter was so satisfied and happy with the final look, which means a lot to us as parents. The salon environment was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant.
