We closed our refinance on July 2022. With 3 months of waiting on the loan closing from other lender I reached out to Jay and it was the right decision we made. He made it so easy with all the required documentation was provided he was able to close it within 2 weeks. Which was quite amazing. He didnt Haggled us neither we had to go thru and stress. He was upto date on the follow ups. New Home loan closed in less than 30 days without any hassle!! (Even 2 weeks before of the actual closing date, Sistar had told me their readiness to close if I wanted to close one week before the actual date)!!
