Boston Driver's Ed

Rated 1.0 This school is a SCAM as mentioned by other reviewers. I have few things to tell about this place: 1. Be careful with the money you give here. It might seem a few dollars less than other driving school because the quality of education is also below standard compared to others. 2. I had to reschedule my road test due to some unforeseen reason and I have informed the instructor in advance. He didn't even bothered to respond in-spite of messaging and calling several times and finally I asked him to refund as he didn't respond/ helped me to reschedule. He initially said that he will refund and asked me to come to his office. Once I reached (wasting another 3 hours of my time), he started speaking about refund policy and all other stuffs. Finally he didn't return anything and he told that he will have to do something with his credit card company. He had rescheduled my classes several times and I should have received proper compensation as the same policies should apply to me. 3. I should have read the reviews before going to this place for learning driving. The instructor named John will never teach you anything properly. I asked him every single time for the rules which we have to follow. He will not tell you anything. He consider himself as a superior and don't give you any respect. He didn't even mention that the parallel parking is done against the cones instead of actual car during the road test. I would have failed if I haven't done my research and practiced myself.

Rated 5.0 I am writing this review to say one big thank you to Cynthia for all her amazing work with me. I didn't have any driving experience at all, but she made me a licensed driver with her awesome driving advices. I had just 9 hours with her and she made a miracle with me. Cynthia is a real perfectionist while being funny and easy going at the same time. She wanted from me to repeat each technique again and again until I do it perfectly. She also covered all road test requirements. Cynthia is amazing driving instructor: calm, patient and a true professionalist. I would definitely recommend Ed's driving school. Thank you guys for being there for me!

Rated 5.0 John helped me with scheduling and preparing for the Saturday road test, he's an amazing instructor. The 2 hour lesson with him was instrumental in passing the test, the actual test was just the way he described and the parallel parking technique was simple & effective. I already had some driving experience in my home country, but the lesson with John really helped me gain confidence to clear the test. Thank you for all the help, highly recommended.
