Key Prime Realty and Kiran helped me out with my first home purchase. Kiran is friendly and patient and he tries to understand your requirements and shows the houses accordingly. He helped me during peak-pandemic season and helped me bag a good deal. He is professional and experienced and knows what he does. He was punctual to my showings. He gives you a lot of deals and comes with a package that would include the bankers , legal team, etc. I have already referred him to 3 of my other friends.

Make sure to get a contract written with Key Prime before you engage with them. If they are saying they will give you rebates, make sure to include that amount in the contract, otherwise they will easily try to skip paying the rebate back to you after the transaction is done. We bought a property through Key Prime recently. I ended up having to follow up with the agent frequently and I didn't usually get immediate/thorough responses(probably something to include in your contract with them). They were not communicative and proactive about things to include/exclude from the offer agreement. For eg : Our seller took down the window blinds before they moved out and when I asked Key Prime about it, they told me that we should include that in the purchase agreement. I am a first time home buyer, however, Key Prime deals with transactions on a day to day basis, so they could have been proactive and told me to include window blinds in the contract. Costed me an additional $1000 to setup new blinds. Overall, a sub-par experience.
