In one word Swati was awesome. This is our second house and I have worked with a few realtors before but Swati is the best one so far by some margin. Our requirements on type of house and location, limited the options heavily but Swati took up the challenge with a smile. Something that she greets you with every time and in any situation. Mahender has been really cooperative, prompt and patient in helping us find our first house. He helped us getting a good house deal. Since we were looking for the house for the first time we had no idea of this field. He helped us understand various processes and educated us on real estate domain. He was never biased for any house (even the one he was selling as the agent) and never pushed us to buy any house. He honestly told us the pros and cons of each house, which helped us filter out based on our requirements. We took around 6 months to finalize the house and he was very patient and accommodating even when we asked him to help us check house in late hours (around 7-8pm). He very well handled the closing processes and provided good contacts for house inspection, loan agents, escrow company, etc. Apart from house search, he also helped us by providing suggestions as well as contacts of various home services especially required for first time house owners.

Buying a house during the pandemic was a nothing short of a tough time, but having Mahender as our agent definitely made the experience a smooth ride. Since we were completely new to the house buying space, he guided us through every step including location, type of home and even various costs of upgrading an old home vs buying a new home. I was in Portland or and trying to get a house in Seattle and move. Mahender was absolutely fantastic. He scheduled showings and dedicated weekend for us. 3 of the first planned showings went sale pending on the Saturday morning we were driving up. Mahender has a very good understanding of the pricing and also very practical. We were able to narrow down from few places and get a house the same weekend (luck is a decent part). We had several places to make an offer but narrowing down which one to pick is a very tricky in the super hot market I was buying where house were going 20% more than asking. Hind sight is 20-20. Any other pick, I would have lost the bid. Mahender is very detail oriented. Getting his view on the condition of the house was a factor in offer process. I have kids and school was a concern and Mahender has experience in this space and it was very useful. Lastly, the fee is very reasonable. He is a terrific realtor and note a friend.

Mahender is very knowledgeable in the local real estate market. We had a great experience buying our home through him. The current real estate market is highly competitive and very difficult for buyers. Mahendar made navigating through this market much easier and enjoyable. He is very hard working, is always accessible and was very prompt in responding to all queries. We often requested to go see listings on short notice and he would always accommodate us. Mahendar is the best! Initially we started our search with a couple of other realtors, but being first time homebuyers we wanted someone who would take the time to guide us through the process. Mahendar was really great at this. I was looking for my first home for quite some time and it is always extremely difficult to find a right property in such a hot market. But Mahendra is very patient , extremely knowledgable and always gave us the right advise mentioning all the pros and cons of the property. He always done a very detailed analysis before proposing anything to us. In fact property which I bought there was no inspection report available so he visited the property and did the detailed inspection based on his knowledge and provided us the detailed feedback. His inspection analysis was pertty accurate and close to actual inspection which I did later. I met with many agents but he is the only agent who was able to highlight all the negative or shortcomings of any property so that we could make a informed decision.
