Rated 5.0 In one word Swati was awesome. This is our second house and I have worked with a few realtors before but Swati is the best one so far by some margin. Our requirements on type of house and location, limited the options heavily but Swati took up the challenge with a smile. Something that she greets you with every time and in any situation. We looked at a few houses and decided to not go with them but Swati never discouraged us on our requirements or choices or induce fear of missing out as I have seen a few realtors do in the past. On the contrary she understood our decision agreed with it and left us feeling encouraged that the right house will come along. With all this she always brought her experience as an excellent realtor and explained to us things that we need to be careful on or compromise on but never pushing us to take a decision that we did not want to take. From putting in an offer, getting the offer accepted to getting the house closed and everything in between (mortgage/title/escrow) she guided us and helped us every step of the way. She was prompt in communication, always a phone call away and always there for advice. Her analysis on house condition, pricing and market were spot on every time. Swati not only worked with us as our realtor but celebrated getting our new home as a friend. She is completely deserving of the 5 star rating.
