She promptly followed up with the builders in scheduling appointments and finding time that worked for us. We finally selected a new construction home. During the whole process that lasted more than 6 months, Neetu and her team helped the builders prioritize and align on our needs even though there was resistance from the builder on some issues. Furthermore, she along with her team continues to follow up and represent issues that have come up after the handover to ensure that we get a finished home. We were trying to buy a home as soon as possible because we're ready to start a family and get out of apartment living! We really felt valued and Neetu always listened to what was most important to us, and she always recommend homes right up our alley! Even though I know she was very busy with helping other families find homes, she still made us feel like we were her only clients. ?? She was always attentive and took time to answer all of our questions...and we had a lot! I cannot say enough good things about Neetu. We were first time homebuyers during the crazy Covid market and Neetu was nothing but informative and patient with our never ending list of questions. She kept an open communication channel and had an amazing turnaround time. Neetu is unique in the sense she is very proactive and diligent by doing all the background work on the potential listing beforehand and is ready with the answers even before you come up with the questions. I sent her links to homes that i had loved (from recent sales on zillow/ redfin) even if they were no longer available on the market. She was able to quickly understand our taste and requirements using those as samples. Also Neetu was very knowledgeable and honest about the houses we viewed. There were times when we wanted to make an offer though our hearts were not fully convinced (as we had a timer -our parents were soon visiting from India) and it was Neetu who advised us to wait for the right home and not make haste. She is always looking out for her client's interest which is what i absolutely loved about her !! To further add, she moves at lightning speed and is very detailed oriented. We viewed less than 7 homes in 11 days and bid on 2, and got lucky on the second one (a beautiful gem in Bothell) thanks to her negotiation skills and frequent communication with all the stakeholders (seller agent, appraiser, lender etc) I cannot write enough about her. I admit it was tough for her but she was helpful throughout and being a first time buyer, i had lot of hesitation in the pandemic crazy market. At times she was pestering and pushy , which is ok given how much pressure it was on her. But once we finalized on a home she made sure we got it. Well here comes the best part. Buyer’s agent takes care of buyers interest. This is where Neetu stands out. The seller had lot of stuff left without cleaning, Neetu ensured that everything was done and she herself sent personnel to make sure that her client have a smooth experience. We first approached Neetu in 2020 and she patiently walked us through the entire process over an introductory call. We then ended up looking at a few houses but ultimately paused our search due to COVID situation. Neetu kept in touch and we restarted the process earlier this year. Neetu was certainly knowledgeable about the current trends and gave us advice without pushing us. She let us learn and experience the situation ourselves and make decisions that we felt comfortable making. This was important as it built trust. She gave us the facts but let us make the final call. She was also patiently willing to tour a number of houses. Immediately after any house tour, if we expressed interest, she promptly sourced the seller disclosures and inspection reports. In a few cases, she even helped arrange home inspection on short notices. I would have preferred getting regular weekly updates on home prices/sqft of recent sales by different sizes, interior features in specific neighborhood etc. However, before making an offer, she would source the comparables from recent sales in the zip code and also by calling up the agents of pending sales. What we liked was that she was looking out for our interest. She in fact advised us to look away from certain houses that we thought were interesting. Even post mutual agreement, she kept in constant touch and help unblock issues with the bank and in helping us think through upgrades we wanted to do. In fact she helped us get in touch with multiple contractors and ensured that we got the best possible value for our money. Through out the process, she built a personal connection with us and ensured that we had a good experience in a difficult market.
