He scheduled showings and dedicated weekend for us. 3 of the first planned showings went sale pending on the Saturday morning we were driving up. Mahender has a very good understanding of the pricing and also very practical. We were able to narrow down from few places and get a house the same weekend (luck is a decent part). We had several places to make an offer but narrowing down which one to pick is a very tricky in the super hot market I was buying where house were going 20% more than asking. Hind sight is 20-20. Any other pick, I would have lost the bid. Mahender is very detail oriented. Getting his view on the condition of the house was a factor in offer process.
