I decided to work with Neetu after my Lending Agent recommended her. I was undecided earlier and was contemplating using an agent that 2 of my friends used earlier but for some reason decided otherwise and went with the Lending Agent's advice and agreed to proceed to work with Neetu and thank god I did that, one of the best decision I took. She is one of the most prompt person I worked with, Not only it was a smooth exp buying the house with her as she was never pushy about it like some other people and respected by boundaries, aggressively followed up with listing agent, convinced her to sell the property to us, followed up with lending Agent and we closed in a record time of 15 days and even now she is helping with Handy man and other basic things, guiding us throughout the process. Cherry on top of the cake, she took care of Closing cost. Oh and Did I mentioned, she also bought additional home warranty for us from Fidelity on her own. We started our house search 6 months ago. Neetu was referred to me by my close friend and I took the lead. Neetu was recommended to us by our close friends who purchased their home with her help last year.  After listening to them talking several times about the awesomeness of their agent when they talked about their purchase, we requested for Neetu's contact details when we decided to buy a house ourselves. As we decided on a house, over the next two days, Neetu helped us negotiate the price with the selling agent and brought down the price by $19K.  We got the mutual on 04/13, Neetu smartly convinced the sellers to agree to 05/15 for the closing date as we needed time to sort out our mortgage and home insurance options.  Neetu further negotiated with the sellers on our behalf to get some compensation for very minor repairs found during our inspection.   She also helped us keep some of the furniture we liked from the previous owners. She was very professional and tactful through and through.  We thoroughly endorse Neetu for anybody looking for houses.
