Rated 1.0 We hired Riant Films for our wedding in Florida on October 2019 and are extremely unhappy with the service. Video quality from clips seen were poor for key parts of the wedding. We had to do our first look twice because the videographer was no where to be found. Since the wedding we have contacted them multiple times via phone and e-mail and have gotten no response and no raw footage. WOULD NOT HIRE.
Rated 1.0 Our wedding was a year ago and we have not received any of our promised materials. Instead WE have to initiate conversation and ask throughout the year when our videos will be ready. I highly doubt our videos will be of any quality/substance just judging by the lack of professionalism in meeting the basic requirements of our contract. Never once has this vendor provided updates on their own. Hiring this vendor was the single worst decision of our wedding, and a mistake we will live with for the rest of our lives. The worst thing about this all is that we had to pay upfront in full, and like idiots - we obliged. It makes me sick that we could possibly have no videos of our wedding to look back on or that the videos we eventually receive are pure garbage. Its a horrible feeling to have. Not only are my husband and I upset, but so are our parents. If I could fix 1 thing about our wedding it would be to hire someone else to do our wedding videos. Please do not waste your TIME & MONEY and risk having them botch such an important moment in your life.
Rated 5.0 My husband and I had a great time working with Claudia and Riant Films, they made us feel comfortable in front of their cameras and they were everywhere we needed them to be. We received an Instagram teaser movie the day after the wedding and we are so excited to see more! We highly recommend Riant Films.
Rated 5.0 I had a destination wedding in Orlando because so many of our family and friends live there. I was a bit nervous about having my wedding away from home, I kind of felt like things were out of my hands in a way, but through a friend's recommendation I came across Riant. The minute I saw their work I knew they had to do our videography, it was that feeling of 'this is it'! I immediately got in contact with Claudia, who very promptly replied and after that everything ran smoothly. All I can say is that my video was perfection! Me and the hubby are in love with it and have watched it so many times already, it's kind of embarrassing. I would recommend their work to anyone who wants a memorable, beautiful, gorgeous video!
