I love these realtors I hate moving with a passion but Lolo and Kim make me want to move every year. They're so much fun to work with and they keep it professional and classy. He was thorough and professional from begining to end by giving me recommendations to update property before listing for rent, during the tenant screening process and finally in execution of lease agreement. He went over and above his responsibilities; when I was out of town he worked with previous tenant to do walk through and collect keys, worked with contractor to get the house painted. I personally believe if Trilok is on your side, there is a 99.99% chance that you will get the house of your dreams at the expected price. He is there for you 24*7 and weekends. His negotiating skills in relation to the Asian mentality of saving money is extraordinary. He is my agent for all my future real estate deals. He is already advising us on our rental property.
