Rated 1.0 She was a disaster! I asked for a simple blow dry with bouncy curls. She had no clue how to do a simple blow dry. I had washed my hair, she took 30 mins just to dry it. I asked her what is she doing and she said this is how I do it. The end result was an untidy, frizzy, limp hair with no curls at all. I ended up getting hot iron for which she charged $85(without informing us ahead that hot iron will charge this much). She did not have hair serum, diffuser, mirror/magnifier. We told her not to come the next day but she said that we have signed a contract so we have to do it otherwise she will not return the advance. We ended up going to a nearby by salon for our hair the next day. She did not return our advance money. She charged us exorbitant amount of money which we ended up giving because we did not want to make a scene at our happy occasion.The makeup she did would have been horrendous if we would not have people who kept on telling her what colors & tones to use. Above all, she had such an unprofessional behavior. She is an amateur. She should not be allowed to work independently on her own. My advice, make an appointment with her if you want to ruin your day!

Rated 5.0 Bans was great! She was a pleasure to have around and worked well given the time crunch and awkward space. Everyone loved my look. I would definitely use her services again.
