Rated 5.0 Me(Pradeep) and my wife are so thankful to Sudheer in helping us find and close on our very first home here in Atlanta, GA. From the beginning, he was just on top of EVERYTHING.We had an initial sit down to talk about neighborhoods, our budget, etc. and he worked to put together a plan, so personalized and yet so professional. He sourced homes for us to check out and it wasn't uncommon to me to receive emails from him in the middle of the night with updates or just checking in. He was also very much in tune with what our priorities were when looking for our home. We have a three-year-old son and already thinking about school districts is something he was quick to suggest, being a dedicated dad himself. He came to the table with vendor relationships and recommendations which proved to be invaluable. On top of everything else, Sudheer guided us through the entire process with a smile. Besides his sharp professionalism and attention to detail, he brought personality, humor and levity to every single day, something that two nervous first-time buyers appreciated so much.
